The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2016 cannot be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company is experiencing delays in the collection and compilation of certain information required to be included in the Form 10-K. The Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day following the prescribed due date.
