NEW YORK, Nov. 28, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IBIO, INC. (NYSE AMERICAN:IBIO) (“IBIO” OR THE “COMPANY”) announced today that it intends to launch an offering of shares of its common stock for sale in an underwritten public offering. The Company’s launch of the offering contemplates the use of the net proceeds for working capital of the Company and potentially its subsidiaries, short-term interest-bearing investment grade instruments, and to fund other general corporate purposes. If the Company proceeds with the offering, it will be subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
