During the first quarter of Fiscal 2023, the Company granted stock option agreements to various employees to purchase 303,869 shares of the Company's common stock at exercise prices between $6.75 and $9.50 per share. The options vest 25% after one year and then in equal quarterly installments over a 36-month period and expire on the tenth anniversary of the grant date. The Company estimated the fair value of options granted using the Black-Scholes option pricing model with the following assumptions:
