20. Subsequent Events On July 11, 2019, one of the holders of the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock converted 45 shares into 50,000 shares of the Company’s common stock. On August 20, 2019, several holders of the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock converted 3,600 shares into approximately 4.0 million shares of the Company’s common stock.
